Returns
In an unlikely event if you would like to return our products, here is our policy :
1. Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.
2. Also, as our Disclaimer mentions, there may be slight variations in the colours of fabrics, dyes, prints, embroideries and weaving of the actual product and image you see on your monitor. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of computer monitors.
3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email/WhatsApp(9112064136) us a photo of the damaged product. You must email/WhatsApp us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
5. For authorization of return of your product please mail to us at banarasikargha@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9112064136, mentioning the following,
a) Order Number
b) Your name
c) Email id
d) Product being returned
e) Reason for Return
6. Our customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Upon authorization of your return request, please follow the steps below:
a) Neatly pack the item you intend to return along with the original packing material .
b)We will arrange for the return pickup(Rs.150 chargeable) and will share the pickup number, date & timings over email/WhatsApp
7. Upon completion of above steps, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a refund(after deducting Rs.150 pickup charges) in the form of store credit or get a refund on your payment via Bank transfer,Gpay/UPI/PayTm
8. If you opt for store credit, any product can be purchased from our website in exchange using the store credit worth the amount of your previous order.
9. All returns are subject to the discretion of Banarasi Kargha
International Orders:
- We unfortunately do not have return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at banarasikargha@gmail.com for any queries. If you do wish to return the product, you can ship it back to us at your own expense, we can provide you a refund for the product within 24-48 hours of receiving the package back, to your original mode of payment or as a store credit. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and no refund would be provided
- Incase you do receive a defective product contact us immediately by email/WhatsApp us with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after investigation, no replacement would be sent.
Cancellation
Any purchase can be cancelled prior to the initiation of the shipment process. Once the shipment process is started, the product in concern will not be eligible for cancellation. Kindly call / mail us to cancel your order.
