1. Eligibility: Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible products are marked on the product page.
2. Condition: Slight variations in color, fabric, and design may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
3. Damaged Items: Report damaged goods within 48 hours with a photo via email or WhatsApp.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us with your order number, name, email, product, and reason. Returns are subject to approval.
5. Pickup: We arrange return pickups (Rs. 150 charge). Return items in their original packaging.
6. Refunds/Exchanges: You can receive a refund (after pickup charges) via store credit or bank transfer/UPI. Store credit can be used for future purchases.
7. International Orders: No returns for international customers unless the product is defective. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
8. Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipment. No cancellations or refunds after shipment.
