- Customization service requires to be prepaid.
- After placing the order, our team will contact you to gather more details and specifications for the stitching.
- In case of COD, a payment link will be provided and the order will be processed only after payment.
- After this period, customization orders are not applicable for return/refund
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Return & Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible products are marked on the product page.
- Condition: Slight variations in color, fabric, and design may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- Damaged Items: Report damaged goods within 48 hours with a photo via email or WhatsApp.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us with your order number, name, email, product, and reason. Returns are subject to approval.
- Pickup: We arrange return pickups (Rs. 150 charge). Return items in their original packaging.
- Refunds/Exchanges: You can receive a refund (after pickup charges) via store credit or bank transfer/UPI. Store credit can be used for future purchases.
- International Orders: No returns for international customers unless the product is defective. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipment. No cancellations or refunds after shipment.
