Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us with your order number, name, email, product, and reason. Returns are subject to approval.
Pickup: We arrange return pickups (Rs. 150 charge). Return items in their original packaging.
Refunds/Exchanges: You can receive a refund (after pickup charges) via store credit or bank transfer/UPI. Store credit can be used for future purchases.
International Orders: No returns for international customers unless the product is defective. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
