5. Pickup: We arrange return pickups (Rs. 150 charge). Return items in their original packaging.
6. Refunds/Exchanges: You can receive a refund (after pickup charges) via store credit or bank transfer/UPI. Store credit can be used for future purchases.
7. International Orders: No returns for international customers unless the product is defective. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
8. Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipment. No cancellations or refunds after shipment.
